The Hammett Prize

The North American Branch of the International Association of Crime Writers presents the Dashiell Hammett Award (the Hammett Prize) annually for literary excellence in the field of crime writing. (Note: the date refers to the year of the book's publication; the prize is awarded in the following year.)
